Meet the Carrollton Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Carrollton

Servo Garage Doors Carrollton runs lean on purpose. We’re not a call center that dispatches strangers. The person who answers your call is the same person who shows up with the truck. Since 2015, our Carrollton crew has handled more than 18,000 garage doors across the metroplex, and every one of those jobs closed the same way: a written price before work started, a documented photo record when the technician left, and a door that works. Here’s who you’ll see on the driveway.

Marcus Deller, Owner

Marcus founded Servo Garage Doors Carrollton in 2015 after spending a decade watching home service companies treat documentation like an afterthought. His rule is simple: the customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. That rule became Clause 4 of The Haven Standard, and it’s still the first thing every new technician learns. Marcus still rides along on emergency calls when the schedule stacks up, mostly because he hates the idea of a customer waiting with a door that won’t close. When he’s not on a job site, he’s usually at Pappy’s Barber Shop on Old Denton Road, arguing about the Cowboys.

Danny R., Lead Technician

Danny has been turning wrenches on garage doors for fourteen years, eight of them in Carrollton. He’s our torsion spring specialist, which matters because torsion springs are the component most likely to injure a DIYer. Danny can measure a spring’s wire diameter, coil count, and break point in under two minutes and explain exactly what failed in one sentence you’ll actually understand. He’s LiftMaster certified and handles most of our opener logic board replacements. Danny keeps a laminated photo of his daughter’s first garage door repair in his truck visor. She was seven. She mostly held the flashlight.

Luis T., Senior Installer

Luis leads our installation crew for full door replacements and new construction work. He’s been with Servo since 2017 and has installed every major brand we service: Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, and the rest. Luis is the guy who notices that the header board will need reinforcement before the old door even comes down, which is why his installs rarely have callbacks. He’s our in-house Raynor specialist and handles the commercial-grade jobs that require heavier track systems. On weekends, Luis coaches youth soccer at Josey Ranch Athletic Complex, and yes, he has accepted garage door questions from other parents at halftime.

Priya S., Service Coordinator

Priya is the voice on the phone at 2 a.m. when your door springs off its track and you can’t get your car out. She’s been dispatching for home service companies in DFW for nine years and joined Servo in 2021. Priya knows the difference between a cable that snapped and a sensor that’s out of alignment by the third sentence of a caller’s description, which means she can tell you honestly whether you need emergency service or just a flashlight and a little patience. She’s the one who sends the on-the-way text with the named technician, never a callback window. Priya bakes sourdough on her days off and has been trying to perfect a jalapeño loaf for two years. The team is allowed to give feedback. They mostly ask for more.

Trey M., Apprentice Technician

Trey joined the crew in early 2025 and is working through his second year as an apprentice. He rides with Danny on most calls, hauling parts, taking the photo record, and learning to spot a worn roller bearing by sound before it fails. Trey grew up in Carrollton and graduated from Creekview High School, so he knows the shortcuts between neighborhoods when I-35E backs up. He’s already earned his first independent service badge for sensor alignments and weather seal replacements. Trey’s human detail is that he names every truck he rides in. The current one is “Dolly,” and Danny refuses to acknowledge it.

One Standard, Every Job

What holds this crew together isn’t a uniform, though we wear those too. It’s The Haven Standard, the agreement every Servo location operates under. Clause 1 requires a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts. Clause 4 requires the photo record. The 365-Day Done Right Promise means if something isn’t right, we fix it. Marcus signs off on every technician’s training and every customer complaint that comes through. Danny, Luis, Priya, and Trey don’t work for a faceless brand. They work to a standard that has a paper trail, and they know their name goes on every job sheet. That’s the difference between a technician who shows up and one who shows up accountable.
